Expand: LoRa / GPS Junior 1.0 adds a sub-GHz LoRa radio and GPS + BeiDou positioning to your Attaky Core. With compatible mesh firmware, it lets you exchange messages and share location without cellular coverage or an internet connection.

Use it for outdoor groups, events, or local mesh projects. The same module supports Attaky-compatible Meshtastic and MeshCore firmware; choose the firmware that matches the network and interface you want to use.

Highlights

· Ra-01SH LoRa radio module with a Semtech SX1262 transceiver.

· GPS + BeiDou receiver for position and time data.

· Onboard GNSS assist-data cache to help shorten time to first fix.

· 915 MHz version for North America.

· Measured RF output in our testing: 18.4 dBm, approximately 0.069 W.

· Attaches through Attaky's rear board-to-board connection.

· Module dimensions: 66 × 46 × 17.6 mm, excluding the antenna.

What you receive

1 × Expand: LoRa / GPS Junior 1.0 module.

Before you use it

Requires an Attaky Core and compatible firmware. Attach a suitable LoRa antenna before transmitting, and match the radio band and settings to your network. Range depends on terrain, antenna placement, and radio settings; GPS reception works best with a clear view of the sky.

The RF output above is a measurement from our tests, not an official manufacturer specification or a guaranteed output for every unit. Actual results may vary with configuration and test conditions.

Operating temperature: 0–40 °C. Keep the module dry; it has no water-resistance or IP rating.

Early Module Access

We made Attaky modules available earlier than planned because some community members have already requested them.

Video tutorials are coming soon, including guides for frame installation, module swapping, and connecting different Attaky modules together.

In the meantime, our written documentation and module specifications are already available. If you are comfortable reading specs, pinouts, compatibility notes, and word-based setup guides, you can review the documentation first and order modules now.

Please note that our configurator currently focuses on complete build combinations, so module-level Lab Access visual previews are not available yet. You can still use the configurator to explore colors, layouts, and build directions, then message us with your idea. We can help customize a Lab Access module setup for your project.

Please check the specs carefully before ordering to make sure the module matches your build, frame, firmware, and project needs.
