Terms of Services
Last updated: June 12, 2026
Welcome to Attaky. These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you visit, browse, shop, place an order, contact us, or otherwise use our online store at shop.attaky.com.
In these Terms, “Attaky,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Attaky. “You” refers to the person visiting the store, placing an order, using our products, or contacting us.
By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store or purchase products from us.
Our main website at attaky.com, our Documentation, our Community spaces, and any third-party platforms we use may have their own terms, rules, or policies. These Terms apply to the Attaky Shopify store and to purchases made through it.
Store support
Our Shopify store support is focused on order-related questions. This includes order status, payment issues, invoices, shipping, tracking, delivery, returns, refunds, damaged items, missing items, and address changes before shipment.
For product setup, firmware, compatibility, troubleshooting, build questions, or technical documentation, please use our Documentation or Community resources. We may direct technical questions to those resources so that store support can stay focused on orders and customer service.
Orders and account information
When you place an order, start checkout, create or use a customer account, request a return, or contact us, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information. This includes the information needed to process your order, contact you about your order, ship your order, handle returns, and provide order-related support.
You are responsible for making sure your shipping address is correct before submitting an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.
An order confirmation means that we have received your order. It does not always mean that the order has been accepted, fulfilled, or shipped. We may cancel or refuse an order if there is a payment issue, stock issue, pricing error, suspected fraud, shipping restriction, compliance concern, or other issue that prevents us from fulfilling the order. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a refund using the original payment method where possible.
Products and availability
We try to describe our products clearly and accurately. Product pages may include photos, renders, technical information, compatibility notes, configuration options, firmware information, or links to Documentation. Small differences in color, finish, texture, packaging, or appearance may happen because of screen settings, photography, production changes, or normal manufacturing variation.
Some Attaky products may be modular, configurable, limited-run, pre-order, custom-built, or made in small batches. Product availability, pricing, configuration options, and product descriptions may change without notice. We may limit quantities, update products, discontinue products, or change product details as the store and product line evolve.
Prices, payment, taxes, and duties
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. The final order total shown at checkout may include product price, shipping, applicable taxes, and other charges that apply to your order.
For international orders, your country or carrier may charge import duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, taxes, or similar charges. Unless checkout clearly states otherwise, those charges are your responsibility.
Payments are processed through Shopify and our payment providers. Please do not send full payment-card details, passwords, private keys, or other highly sensitive information to us by email, chat, or contact form.
Shipping and returns
Shipping options, estimated processing times, estimated delivery times, tracking information, delivery issues, returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged-item claims, missing-item claims, and cancellation rules are explained in our Shipping & Returns page or related store policy.
Delivery estimates are estimates only. Shipping and fulfillment can be affected by product availability, order volume, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, inaccurate addresses, payment review, fraud review, or events outside our control.
Please do not send products back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions. Returns sent without approval may be delayed, refused, or difficult to match to your order.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Product use, safety, and care
Attaky products should be used only as described on the product page, in the Documentation, and in any included safety or care instructions. You are responsible for reading and following those instructions before using the product.
Unless a product page or official documentation clearly says otherwise, Attaky products are not waterproof or water-resistant. Do not expose products to water, liquid, rain, excessive humidity, condensation, conductive debris, or other conditions that may damage electronic parts. Liquid exposure, water damage, corrosion, improper storage, improper installation, physical damage, misuse, neglect, static discharge, unauthorized modification, or use outside the documented instructions may damage the product and may affect return or warranty eligibility.
Because some Attaky products are modular or configurable, you are responsible for making sure your build is safe, compatible, and suitable for your intended use. Any teardown, repair attempt, third-party part, community firmware, custom firmware, unsupported configuration, or experimental build is done at your own risk unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
Attaky products are not designed for medical, life-support, emergency, aviation, nuclear, vehicle safety, or other high-risk uses where failure could reasonably lead to death, personal injury, or serious property damage, unless the product page expressly states that the product is designed for that use.
Firmware, software, documentation, and open source
Some Attaky products may include or work with firmware, software, configuration files, downloadable files, documentation, third-party tools, or open-source components. Firmware, software, and documentation may be updated, changed, replaced, removed, or discontinued over time.
Firmware and software are provided for use with compatible Attaky products unless a separate license says otherwise. Some components may be governed by open-source licenses or third-party license terms. Those license terms control your rights to the relevant open-source or third-party components. Our Open Source Licenses page may include additional notices, license information, and source-code references where applicable.
Firmware downloads, software tools, beta releases, experimental features, community builds, and technical documentation may contain bugs, limitations, compatibility issues, or incomplete information. You are responsible for following instructions carefully and deciding whether a firmware or software change is appropriate for your product or build.
Intellectual property
The Attaky name, logo, store content, product photos, product renders, text, graphics, interface design, product designs, packaging designs, and other materials on the store are owned by Attaky or our licensors, unless otherwise stated.
You may use the store and its content for personal shopping, product research, order support, and normal use of Attaky products. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, scrape, modify, distribute, or use our store content, branding, product materials, or intellectual property for commercial purposes without our permission, except where allowed by applicable law or an applicable open-source license.
If you send us feedback, ideas, suggestions, build photos, comments, or other non-confidential materials, you allow us to use them to improve, support, promote, or develop Attaky products and services without owing compensation to you. Please do not send confidential information or ideas that you do not want us to use.
Third-party services
Our store is hosted and operated through Shopify. Checkout, payments, Shop Pay, customer accounts, shipping tools, tracking tools, chat, analytics, email, social media, Documentation, Community spaces, and other features may be provided by Shopify or other third-party providers.
Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, carriers, payment providers, apps, tools, community platforms, or services that we do not control.
Prohibited use
You may not use our store, products, firmware, software, documentation, or services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or unsafe purposes. You may not interfere with store security, upload malicious code, submit false information, abuse returns or chargebacks, violate export or import laws, infringe another person’s rights, or use our products in a way that is unsafe, illegal, or contrary to the Documentation.
We may refuse service, cancel orders, restrict access, remove content, or take other appropriate action if we believe these Terms have been violated or if we need to protect customers, the store, our business, or others.
Errors and changes
The store may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, or typographical mistakes related to product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, availability, compatibility, specifications, or other content.
We may correct errors, update information, change or discontinue products, cancel affected orders, or refuse orders where information was inaccurate. If we cancel an order because of an error after payment has been taken, we will issue a refund using the original payment method where possible.
We may update, suspend, remove, or discontinue any part of the store at any time. We work to keep the store operating reliably, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Warranties and limitations
Products may come with a limited warranty if stated on the product page, in the Documentation, in a warranty page, or in materials included with the product. Warranty coverage, if any, applies only as stated in those materials and is subject to the conditions and exclusions described there.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store, website content, firmware, software, documentation, third-party tools, beta features, community builds, and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that every product, firmware version, software tool, configuration, or build will meet every possible use case, expectation, or compatibility need.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attaky will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business, goodwill, or expected savings arising from your use of the store, products, firmware, software, documentation, third-party services, or community builds.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties, rights, remedies, or liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. This may include carrier delays, customs delays, supply-chain issues, natural disasters, extreme weather, labor disruptions, power or internet outages, platform outages, cyberattacks, war, public health emergencies, government actions, or other events that prevent or delay normal operation.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as our store, products, services, policies, Shopify settings, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when the current version was posted.
Your continued use of the store after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, please stop using the store.
