Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Attaky (“Attaky,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit, browse, shop, place an order, contact us, or otherwise interact with our online store at shop.attaky.com.
Our main website at attaky.com has its own Privacy Policy. This page covers the Attaky Shopify store only, including checkout, orders, payment, shipping, returns, refunds, customer support, and related store services.
We try to collect only what we need to run the store, process orders, prevent abuse, and support customers. Shopify-side support is focused on order-related questions, such as order status, shipping, tracking, returns, refunds, payment issues, invoices, and address changes. For technical setup, firmware, compatibility, or troubleshooting, please use our Documentation or Community resources.
1. What we collect
When you place an order, start checkout, create or use a customer account, contact us, request a return, or communicate with us about an order, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number if provided, billing address, shipping address, order number, products purchased, shipping method, payment status, transaction information, return or refund details, warranty or support details, and any messages you send us through chat, email, or the contact page. If you choose to send photos, videos, screenshots, or other files for order support, damage reports, returns, or warranty review, we may also process those materials.
Payment information is handled by Shopify and/or our payment providers. We receive the information needed to manage your order, such as payment status, transaction identifiers, billing details, fraud or risk signals, and refund status. Please do not send full payment-card details, passwords, private keys, or other highly sensitive information to us by email, chat, or contact form.
Like most online stores, our store, Shopify, and related service providers may also process basic technical and usage information when you browse or use the store. This may include your IP address, browser and device information, approximate location derived from technical data, pages or products viewed, cart and checkout activity, referring pages or links, cookie and session information, account or login information where applicable, Shop Pay-related information where applicable, and security, fraud-prevention, or spam-prevention signals.
We may also receive information from Shopify and other service providers that help us operate the store, such as payment status, fraud-prevention signals, shipping and tracking updates, return status, customer-support history, customer-account information, and other information needed to process or support your order.
2. How we use your information
We use personal information to process and fulfill orders, accept payment, prevent payment fraud, arrange shipping and delivery, provide tracking, handle returns, refunds, exchanges, warranty requests, and order-related customer support. We also use it to send order confirmations, shipping updates, return updates, payment notices, safety notices, and other service messages related to your order or product.
We may use store activity and technical information to keep the store secure, prevent spam, fraud, and abuse, improve store performance, understand aggregate store activity, maintain business records, and comply with tax, accounting, chargeback, customs, legal, and regulatory requirements.
We only use your information for marketing if you choose to subscribe or where otherwise allowed by law. We do not use order-support messages for marketing unless you have separately opted in to receive marketing communications. We do not sell your personal information for money.
3. Shopify and service providers
Our store is hosted and operated through Shopify. Shopify processes personal information when you visit the store, browse products, place items in your cart, use checkout, make purchases, use Shop Pay or Shop, log in to customer accounts, or interact with Shopify-powered store features. Shopify’s own processing of customer information is described in Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy.
We also use service providers to help operate the store. These may include providers for payment processing, fraud prevention, security, shipping, fulfillment, delivery, returns, refunds, customer support, chat, email, store hosting, infrastructure, analytics, store performance, tax, accounting, marketing emails if you subscribe, legal services, compliance, and other business operations.
These providers process information only as needed to provide services to us, support your order, protect the store, or meet legal obligations. Some providers may process information outside your province, state, or country. When that happens, your information may be subject to the laws of the place where it is processed.
4. Cookies and privacy choices
Our store uses cookies and similar technologies to make the store work. These technologies may be used for cart and checkout functions, customer accounts, login sessions, store security, fraud prevention, Shop Pay or Shop-related features, language, region, currency, localization preferences, privacy and consent preferences, store analytics, performance measurement, and marketing or advertising features if enabled.
Some cookies are necessary for the store to function. Other cookies or similar technologies may be optional depending on your location, browser settings, and our Shopify privacy settings. Where required, we use a cookie banner or privacy controls to request consent or provide choices. If you block some cookies, parts of the store, cart, checkout, or customer-account features may not work correctly.
Shopify may offer enhanced services that use customer data together with data from other Shopify merchants and Shopify services to help provide, protect, improve, personalize, analyze, or advertise store services. This may include Shopify Network Intelligence or similar Shopify features. Where these services are enabled and where required by law, you may have the right to opt out of certain data uses, including uses that may be considered “sharing,” “sale,” or “targeted advertising” under applicable privacy laws.
Where available in your region, you can use our Data Sharing Opt-Out page to make this choice. You may also be able to manage certain Shopify-related privacy choices or exercise rights directly through Shopify’s Privacy Portal.
5. Who we share information with
We share personal information only as needed to operate the store, process orders, provide services, protect the business, or comply with legal requirements. This may include sharing information with Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers, fulfillment partners, customer-support providers, fraud-prevention providers, security providers, analytics and store-performance providers, marketing or email providers if you subscribe, tax and accounting providers, legal or compliance advisors, customs authorities, government authorities, law enforcement, or regulators where required by law.
We may also share information if needed to protect our rights, investigate abuse, respond to legal requests, handle disputes or chargebacks, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
6. Legal bases for using personal information
Depending on where you live, privacy laws may require us to explain the legal basis for using your information. We generally rely on contract necessity when we use your information to process payment, fulfill your order, ship products, provide order updates, handle returns, or provide order-related support. We rely on consent when you choose to submit information to us, subscribe to marketing, or allow optional cookies or similar technologies where consent is required.
We may also rely on legitimate interests when we keep the store secure, prevent fraud or spam, respond to customer questions, improve the store, and maintain business records. Where necessary, we rely on legal obligations to keep records or respond to valid tax, accounting, customs, legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements.
7. How we protect and keep information
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive payment information, passwords, private keys, or other highly sensitive information through email, chat, or contact forms.
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy. Order records may be kept as needed for fulfillment, returns, refunds, warranty review, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, chargebacks, legal compliance, and business records. Customer-support messages are kept as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, maintain support records, and handle follow-up questions. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them, unless we need to keep limited records to respect your opt-out. Security and technical records may be kept for a limited time to protect the store and investigate abuse.
When we no longer need personal information, we delete it, anonymize it, or keep it only as required or permitted by law.
8. Marketing communications
If you subscribe to marketing emails, we may use your email address to send product updates, store news, launch announcements, or other marketing messages. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us.
Even if you unsubscribe from marketing, we may still send non-marketing service messages, such as order confirmations, shipping updates, return updates, payment notices, safety notices, or important information about your order or product.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, delete information, receive a copy of your information, restrict or object to certain uses, withdraw consent where we rely on consent, opt out of marketing communications, opt out of certain data sharing or targeted advertising where applicable, or appeal how we handle a privacy request.
These rights are not absolute. For example, we may need to keep certain order, tax, fraud-prevention, chargeback, legal, warranty, customs, or accounting records even if you ask us to delete your information.
To exercise privacy rights related to your Attaky store order or customer-support history, contact us through the Contact Us page. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. For personal information processed directly by Shopify, Shop, Shop Pay, or other Shopify services, you may also need to use Shopify’s own privacy tools or Shopify’s Privacy Portal.
10. Regional privacy notices
If you are in Canada, you may have the right to access personal information we hold about you and request correction of inaccurate information, subject to legal limits. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your provincial privacy regulator, depending on your location and the nature of the issue.
If you are a California resident or live in another U.S. state with similar privacy rights, the categories of personal information we may collect include identifiers, commercial information, internet or network activity, approximate geolocation, customer-support information, preferences or inferences where applicable, and payment-related information processed by Shopify and payment providers. We use these categories for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including order processing, shipping, payment, returns, customer support, store security, fraud prevention, analytics, legal compliance, and marketing where permitted. We do not sell personal information for money, do not knowingly sell or share personal information of people under 16, and do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. Depending on our Shopify settings, enabled apps, advertising tools, and your location, certain data uses may be considered “sharing,” “sale,” or “targeted advertising” under applicable law. Where required, we provide a way to opt out through a Data Sharing Opt-Out page or other privacy-choice method.
If you are located in the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you may have additional rights under applicable data-protection laws, including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, receive a portable copy of your data, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
11. Automated decision-making
We do not use your personal information to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing. Shopify, payment providers, and fraud-prevention providers may use automated tools to help detect fraud, abuse, or payment risk. These tools are used to protect customers, payment systems, and the store.
12. Children
The store is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
13. Third-party links and services
Our store may link to third-party services, including Documentation, Community, social media pages, payment providers, Shop Pay, shipping carriers, or other websites and platforms. This Privacy Policy does not cover third-party websites or services that we do not control. Their privacy policies apply to their own services.
14. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our store, services, providers, Shopify settings, apps, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when the current version was posted.
15. Contact
Questions about privacy or personal information can be sent through our Contact Us page. For Shopify store support, please include your order number and the email address used at checkout if your question is order-related.
